ABC-AI Internet Solutions (redot1 / abc-io.online). Effective 2026-08-06.

1. Acceptance

By using abc-io.online you agree to these terms.

2. Service

We provide AI Internet & Communications solutions: a Cloud AI Operating System, autonomous agents, and managed deployment. Availability is best-effort during beta; SLAs apply per plan post-launch.

3. Human-in-the-Loop

Purchases and fulfillment are verified by a human before provisioning. This is a deliberate control, not a limitation.

4. Payment

All payments via Stripe. Prices in USD; regional tax may apply. Refunds per plan terms.

5. Acceptable Use

See AUP. No unlawful, abusive, or infringing use. We may suspend violating accounts.

6. IP & License

You retain your data and content. We retain our software IP. Output is licensed to you for your use.

7. Liability

Services provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Data export available on request.

9. Governing Law

New York, USA, without conflict-of-law exclusion of consumer protections.
